Design that positively impacts the user is good, but design that brings a smile to their face is great!

The Pal side tables are a perfect example of this, with their simple yet functional construction. The bottom cylinder is made of veneered wood, while the table top comes in two forms - a circle and a square. The unique design of the bottom cylinder intruding into the table top creates a subtle smile, giving the tables a quirky character.
